Organizations let you collaborate on VibeFlow projects as a team. Each organization has a custom Enterprise plan tailored to the team’s needs, with dedicated credit allocations for every builder.

Getting Access

Organizations are created and managed by the VibeFlow team. To set up an organization for your team, reach out to us: Once your organization is created, your team members will be added by an admin. Each member will see the organization appear automatically in their sidebar alongside their personal workspace.

Switching Contexts

Use the organization switcher in the sidebar to move between your personal workspace and any organization you belong to.
  • Personal. Shows your own projects, uses your personal credits.
  • Organization. Shows org projects, uses org-allocated credits.
You can belong to multiple organizations and switch between them at any time.

  • Admin. Can manage members, invites, and settings, but cannot modify other admins, delete the org, or transfer ownership.
  • Member. Can work in org projects they are assigned to but has no management capabilities.

Inviting Members

Navigate to Organization Settings > Members to invite team members:
  1. Enter the invitee’s email address.
  2. Choose a role (Admin or Member).
  3. Click Invite.
An invite email is sent with a link. Invites expire after 7 days and can be resent or revoked from the Invites tab.

Enterprise Billing

Each organization operates on a custom Enterprise plan configured by the VibeFlow team. Plans include:
  • Builder seats with a monthly credit allocation per builder.
  • Overage billing — if any builder exceeds their allocation, additional usage is billed automatically.
  • Centralized billing — one invoice covers the entire team.
To adjust your plan, seats, or credits, contact your account manager or email founders@vibeflow.ai.

Organization Projects

When you are in an organization context (selected in the sidebar switcher), any project you create belongs to the organization. All org members with access can open and collaborate on these projects.
  • Owners and Admins see every project in the organization automatically.
  • Members only see projects they have been explicitly added to as collaborators.

Credits in an Organization

When working on an org project, credits are deducted from your org-allocated credits first. Each builder’s allocation is tracked individually. If a builder exceeds their monthly allocation, the overage is charged to the organization automatically. Personal credits (free tier or personal Pro subscription) are used only when you are working outside the organization context.

Leaving or Deleting an Organization

  • Any Admin or Member can leave an organization from Organization Settings > General > Leave Organization.
  • The Owner cannot leave without first transferring ownership to another member.
  • Only the Owner can delete an organization. Deletion is a soft delete. The organization is marked as deleted and becomes inaccessible to all members.
