Enterprise Billing
Each organization operates on a custom Enterprise plan configured by the VibeFlow team. Plans include:- Builder seats with a monthly credit allocation per builder.
- Overage billing — if any builder exceeds their allocation, additional usage is billed automatically.
- Centralized billing — one invoice covers the entire team.
Organization Projects
When you are in an organization context (selected in the sidebar switcher), any project you create belongs to the organization. All org members with access can open and collaborate on these projects.- Owners and Admins see every project in the organization automatically.
- Members only see projects they have been explicitly added to as collaborators.
Credits in an Organization
When working on an org project, credits are deducted from your org-allocated credits first. Each builder’s allocation is tracked individually. If a builder exceeds their monthly allocation, the overage is charged to the organization automatically. Personal credits (free tier or personal Pro subscription) are used only when you are working outside the organization context.Leaving or Deleting an Organization
- Any Admin or Member can leave an organization from Organization Settings > General > Leave Organization.
- The Owner cannot leave without first transferring ownership to another member.
- Only the Owner can delete an organization. Deletion is a soft delete. The organization is marked as deleted and becomes inaccessible to all members.
